Brennan Residence
Description: The floor area of a demolished rear yard addition was transferred to the roof making room for a copper tower and a swimming pool in the garden of this historic townhouse. An open, contemporary kitchen floor opens to the pool beyond. Upper floors are renovated and restored with extensive built-in cabinets and new finishes. The façade is restored and a new cornice and parapet were designed to provide for a new roof top terrace.
