Byrne Studio
Description: The art studio of David Byrne was reconfigured from an open SOHO loft floor. Additional offices were formed for allied businesses (Todo Mundo, the Builder’s Association). New mechanical systems were integrated, and customized off-the-shelf lighting, signage, and wall treatments were used.
