Grace Court
Description: Stripped of all it’s original architectural features, this project’s scope included complete facade restoration, interior reconfiguration and a rear yard addition. The addition of a small parlor floor oriel window brought much needed additional light and space to this narrow townhouse. The project received the coveted Lucy Moses Award in 2010 from the NYC Landmarks Conservancy.
