Description: Designed under section 74-711 of NYC’s Zoning Resolution, this project attained approval for demolition of an existing non-contributing building within the Cobble Hill Historic District, and construction of a new building that mimics the low scale industrial buildings that characterize this block. The new building will expand the non-complying commercial parking use of the adjacent four story garage.
