Tobacco Warehouse
Description: Set within the stabilized, brick perimeter walls of the pre-Civil War Tobacco Warehouse, this project proposes temporary facilities for performance that support activity within Brooklyn Bridge Park. A tensile structure is erected within the larger of the two spaces, while a series of customized shipping containers form ticketing, concession and convenience facilities within the triangular space centered around the beacon of an up-ended container tower.
