Tompkins Place

This townhouse renovation required extensive interior work. A small rear yard extension was transformed into a breakfast room with a new roof deck above for the master bedroom suite. A yoga studio at the garden level below opens to a completely redesigned landscape garden. The scope of work includes entirely new services including central air conditioning. The interiors were carefully reconfigured using the existing historic casing and trim to maintain the historic integrity of the house.
