Three neighboring carriage houses on this quaint street in the center of Brooklyn Heights were renovated within 5 years time. 20 College Place included façade restoration and extensive interior renovations of what was ultimately a five-bedroom home. Its immediate neighbor, 18 College Place, was renovated the following year; followed by 16 College Place which included a rooftop addition.
